Shipping times do not include the time to process or make your order. Once your order/package is with the shipping company, Bellum Creations is not longer responsible and has no control over said order/package. Although I will do my best to assist, I do not work for the shipping company. It is your responsibility to take care of any duty/fees that may incur. Shipping times will vary depending on your location, inclement weather, holidays and other outside factors. Any shipping times are only estimates.
